Terms of warranty service
From July 1, 2024, we provide warranty service valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
In accordance with our warranty service policy, we undertake to repair or replace all devices in the event of defects caused by defects in materials or workmanship during the specified warranty period. These terms of warranty service apply to product lines N1 SMART TV, E2 SMART TV, S5 SECURITY COMPLEX, T6 MULTIMEDIA, E7 VIDEO RECORDER.
To receive warranty service, the following conditions must be observed:
Compliance with the user manual, including the rules for operation, care and maintenance of the device.
The presence of a sticker with a serial number on the body of the device.
Absence of mechanical damage, traces of pouring or other visible physical damage.
The absence of traces of unauthorized intervention in the operation of the device, including intervention by third parties or self-repair.
No signs of device disassembly.
No signs of replacement or modification of the serial number sticker on the device body.
Warranty Extends
Production defects

Any problems or defects caused by errors in the manufacturing process of the device. For example, if the device does not turn on, has panel or audio/video output malfunctions.
Malfunction of individual components

Individual components within the device may fail due to natural wear and tear or defects. This can include problems with the panel, power supply, audio/video components, and other items.
Cases of loss or damage to cables, except in cases of defects discovered at the time of purchase.
The manufacturer reserves the right to conduct an additional check before providing warranty service to confirm compliance with the above conditions.
In case of detection of a violation of the warranty conditions or determination of facts indicating improper use of the TV, the manufacturer reserves the right to refuse the provision of warranty services.
Before sending the TV for warranty service, the buyer must provide a copy of the receipt or other document confirming the purchase.
Warranty Not applicable
Mechanical damage
Any damage to the device caused by misuse, dropping or other mechanical actions. This can include cracks in the screen, damage to the case, etc.
Damage due to accidents or natural phenomena: damage caused by fire, flood, lightning or other natural disasters.
Any damage to the device caused by the actions of animals.
If the defect is caused by a change in the design or scheme of the product, by connecting external devices not provided by the manufacturer.
Deviations from the relevant technical norms in the operation of electrical, telecommunication and cable networks and other similar external factors.
Software defects
In the case of using applications from third-party developers or applications installed from third-party sources, the stability of the operating system may be affected. Also, the stability of the operating system can be disturbed due to the accumulation of system errors that occurred due to incorrect switching on/off or voltage drops.
If the defect is caused by computer viruses and similar programs; installation, change or deletion of passwords (codes) of the product, modification and/or software, installation and use of third-party software (non-original).
If the defect is caused by the installation and use of incompatible content (audio, video, graphic and other files, Java programs and similar programs).
Improper use or carelessness
If the device malfunctions due to incorrect installation, connection to the power source or use in inappropriate conditions (for example, in a humid environment or at high temperatures), this may be recognized as a non-warranty case.
If the defect is caused by intentional or negligent actions of consumers or third parties.
If during the diagnostic process, organic residues are found inside the device case or its components.
If traces of liquid spillage or the presence of foreign objects inside the device case or its components are detected during the diagnostic process.
Product use for business.
If the defect occurred as a result of natural wear and tear during the operation of the device. In this case, natural wear refers to the consequences of using the device, which caused deterioration of the technical condition and appearance due to long-term use of this device.
Use of this TV is prohibited for long-term display of static images or static elements in the image: display of a 4:3 or other screen format with static black (dark) side bars, TV channel logos, schedule displays, news feeds, etc.
Intervention by third parties or self-repair
Any attempt to repair or modify the device by unqualified persons or without the consent and control of the manufacturer may void the warranty.
In the event of defects caused by the installation of the logger, multimedia, security complex by persons without proper qualifications and skills, the warranty may be voided.
The use of devices is allowed only with original fasteners and cables.
Pixel defect
According to ISO 13406-2, there are four types of pixel defects on an LCD panel screen:
Type 1
Pixels that are constantly lit (on).
Type 3
Pixels with other defects, including defects in subpixels and RGB cells that are pixels. This means red, green, or blue pixels that are constantly on fire.
Type 2
Permanently off pixels (in off state).
Type 4
A group (cluster) of defective pixels is a cluster of two or more defective pixels in a 5x5 pixel square.
The presence of burned-out, damaged pixels on the device screen, which do not exceed the values ​​indicated in the table, is not a defect and, accordingly, is not a warranty case.
The manufacturer reserves the right to replace the remote control free of charge in the event of its failure or loss by the buyer.
