TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 The following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Rules” or “Terms”) establish the rules for participation in the Gazer global contest “Share the news about METASMART TV week” (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”), which is organized by Gazer limited, address: 17 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1BN, UK Registration number: 08778057 (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).

Сontest will be available at the link https://www.instagram.com/p/Cpfs_qJNKlJ/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Page”).

Participation is voluntary and free of charge, excluding internet or other connection costs.

1.2 Participant is a natural person who is of legal age in accordance with the legislation of the country, from which he or she is participating and has legal power to enter into contracts in accordance with the legislative acts of the country of residence, and has accepted and fulfilled terms of this contest.

Organizer’s Employees, as well as any affiliated persons or companies connected with organizing or conducting Contest, and/or members of their families up to the second degree may not participate in it.

1.3 Winner is a natural person who is of legal age in accordance with the laws of the country from which he or she participates and has legal power to enter into contracts in accordance with the laws of the country of residence, as well as accepted and fulfilled the conditions of this contest and was selected by random selection service commentpicker.com and has been verified by Organizer.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF CONTEST RULES

3.1 Explicit consent of Participants

By participating in Contest, you automatically accept these Contest Rules.

3.2 Third Party Policy and Disclaimer

Participants fully understand and acknowledge that external social media platforms used in connection with Contest, including but not limited to Instagram, etc. – do not sponsor, support or administer this Contest, and may not be associated with organizing and conducting Contest in any way.

In addition, Participants acknowledge and agree that, in addition to these Rules, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the aforementioned external social media platforms and/or third parties associated with Contest also apply.

4. TERRITORY

Contest is held on the Internet in all countries and regions of the world, with the exception of Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and Tamil Nadu in India.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANT

6.1 To participate in Contest, Participant must have a valid Instagram account, a Web 3.0 digital wallet (for example MetaMask), and a valid personal email address.

(Hereinafter referred to as “Participant(s)” or “You”).

At any time and within a reasonable time, at the request of Organizer, Participant must provide an opportunity to demonstrate that Participant meets the aforementioned conditions of participation in Contest.

6.2 If Participant has provided inaccurate or erroneous data, Organizer reserves the right to reject or exclude Participant from Contest without explanation or notification.

7. PERIOD OF CONTEST

The contest starts at  17:00 (GMT+0) 7 March 2023 and ends at 00:01 (GMT+0) 29 March 2023 (hereinafter referred to as “Period”).

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS OF CONTEST

Сontest organizer publishes a contest post on the Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/gazer.tv/. Participants of Contest are invited to leave a comment under the contest post https://www.instagram.com/p/Cpfs_qJNKlJ/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= on the social network Instagram with a tag of 3 friends using (@name) until 00:01 29 March  2023 GMT+0.

9. DETERMINATION OF WINNER AND PUBLICATION OF CONTEST RESULTS

9.1 Winner selection mechanism

Within 72 hours from the end of contest (00:01 29 March 2023 GMT+0) among all comments left under the contest post https://www.instagram.com/p/Cpfs_qJNKlJ/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=, Organizer using the service of random selection commentpicker.com will select a comment from one Participant, the author of which is given an opportunity to acquire the status of Winner. The selection process will be recorded using a screen recording and published on the YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCheKexGEimZC_k_ZRbVsB9Q along with the name/nickname of Participant selected by the service and a link to his or her Instagram account. The Instagram account of Participant selected by the service and the link to the video will be duplicated in the Instagram stories of the page https://www.instagram.com/gazer.tv/.

9.2 Publication of contest results

Results of contest published on the Instagram social network on Organizer’s page are final and not subject to appeal. If Participant chosen by the random selection service commentpicker.com does not fulfill the conditions of these rules, then he or she loses the right to acquire the status of Winner and receive Incentive.

9.3. Taxation of incentives

Winner is responsible for paying taxes and fees in connection with receiving Contest Incentives.

10. THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE CONTEST INCENTIVES

10.1 Winners will be determined in accordance with these Rules and in accordance with the procedure specified in Section 9 of these Rules.

10.2 Contest Participant who becomes eligible for Incentive, shall be notified by Contest Performer of receiving the right to Incentive by announcing results of Contest on the official page of Contest Organizer on the Instagram social network https://www.instagram.com/gazer.tv/ within 72 hours from the moment Contest expires (the date Contest expires). Contest Participant who has won the right to receive Contest Incentive by sending a private message on the official page of Contest Organizer on the Instagram social network https://www.instagram.com/gazer.tv/ must provide his or her data to receive Contest Incentive within 2 (two) working days from the date of determination of Participant as Winner.

10.3 If within 2 (two) working days from the date of determination of Contest Winner, Contest Winner has not contacted Contest Organizer by sending a private message on the official page of Contest Organizer on the Instagram social network https://www.instagram.com/gazer.tv/, it is considered that such Contest Participant has lost the right to receive Incentive and the status of Winner.

10.4 The right to receive Incentives is not to be transferred to third parties. Incentives are not subject to exchange, refund or cash compensation.

11. PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING INCENTIVES

11.1 Awarding of Incentive is to be carried out by Organizer within 30 calendar days from the moment of determining Winner of Contest, provided that such Winner provides all data for sending Incentive: full name, photo of a document confirming the identity, e-mail, Web 3.0 wallet data.

11.2 Winner is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, specified in clause 11.1 of these terms and conditions of Contest.

11.3 Contest Organizer does not bear any responsibility for the consequences of Winner’s use of Incentives for purposes other than those specified in these Rules.

11.4 Organizer is not responsible for inability of Winner to use Incentive due to refusal to provide the necessary information or documents, as well as in the case of Winner’s absence or inability to notify him or her about Incentive within the period specified by these Rules.

11.5 Organizer of Contest is not responsible for impossibility of receiving Incentive by Winner for any reason beyond Organizer’s control, including if personal data was provided incorrectly and/or not in full by Winner, changed, etc. At the same time, such Winner does not have the right to receive any compensation from Organizer/Performer.

11.6 Organizer of Contest is not responsible for the further use of Incentive by Winner after receiving it and/or for inability of Winner to use the given Incentive for any reason.
