The multiclimate system is available for more than 750 car models. And our engineers are continuously working on supporting new car models.
No. The system needs to be installed by an authorized service center or official car dealership.
No wire cutting. The system is Plug&Play, all the cables connect to the original harness of the car. The system is an official option for many car brands, as an add-on to the original car electronics.
No. No changes will be done to your car electronics, no programming. Gazer system works as a dedicated module, and merely imitates the owners’ actions inside the car.
No changes. You will use your key as usual.
Gazer equipment is Plug&Play, and doesn't cut any wire in the car. Gazer passed certification according to car manufacturers requirements, and does not affect warranties. However, warranty requirements are always determined by the car dealership. Our team will help you to check your official car dealer requirements.
Right now the METASMART CAR APP works with iPhone only. The Android version will be available in Feb 2023.

Our Gazer MENA office and car laboratory is located at Yas Marina Circuit, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. We are open for visitors, you can come any time.
The system does not unlock the car - it is impossible. You can lock and unlock the car anytime with your original key. The App will work only when your car is parked and locked. If the system doesn’t have a connection to your phone for a long time - it will deactivate all schedules and timers, and will stop all its’ operations in the car. You can call or send a message to Gazer tech support anytime - our engineers will solve any problem.
You can manage your car location from the app. For any location you can set default actions - for example you can set a timer for one hour every time you come to the gym. You also can block cooling function activation at some locations, like a service center. The Gazer team has no information about your car location and cannot track it.
Gazer is an official supplier to most of the worlds’ car manufacturers. More than 1000 of our products have passed government certification requirements, as well as the car manufacturers’ requirements. Our equipment has been used for 15 years, and there have been zero issues.
